Behavioral Intervention Team

LACC is committed to providing a safe college environment where staff, faculty, and administrators assist students to succeed in their educational endeavors. The Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) is comprised of representation from the Administration, Sheriff's Office, Department of Mental Health, and the Health Center, which collaborates to discuss campus incidents, disruptive behavior, and concerns from staff, faculty, administration, and students. Threatening behavior and emergencies should immediately be reported to the Sheriff’s Office at (323) 953-2911 or Ext 2911 (from a campus phone).

To submit a report please Submit a Behavior Intervention Team Report Form, or email @email. A confirmation email response will be sent to you, and all information will be kept confidential.

Thank you very much. For questions and/or concerns, please contact Joe Exnowski at Ext 2274
