Free Internet for Faculty

Charter is expanding eligibility to include college professors who do not already have a Spectrum account.

Instructions for getting Zoom video conferencing with unlimited session time and up to 300 participants.

Alternate Phone Number for Work-Related Communication

Google Voice provides an alternate phone number for calling, text messaging, and voicemail. Works on smartphones and computers, and syncs across devices.

New Protocol for Faculty Regarding Covid-19 Exposure Incidents

Update: No on-campus activities or events will be available on campus. No gatherings of more than two (2) people are allowed until further notice.

Student Exposure

Any instructor that has a student who contacts them about testing positive for COVID-19 OR is experiencing the symptoms of COVID-19 exposure must report the incident immediately to the Office of the President.

Protocols for Visiting Campus

All Essential Staff and Visitors Are Now Required to Wear Cloth Face Coverings While on Campus

  • Non Essential Staff must check in at the Sheriff's Office before proceeding to their office.
  • Office visits are limited to a maximum of 1 hour. The goal is for you to pick up your materials and immediately leave campus.
  • Please refrain from using the restrooms while on campus.
