Mindfulness Mondays

Come join us every Monday for a refreshing break in the day.

On mindfulness Mondays we will be offering a guided mindfulness process where we will guide you into a place of relaxation, stress reduction/ release and revitalization. Take a spa break for your body and mind. Come for 5 minutes or stay for the full 20. Faculty and staff welcome.
