Student Workshop: How to Deal With Your Frustrations

In our culture few people receive training in how to manage your anger or even tell you what the purpose of anger is. Quite often uncommunicatedor repressed feelings of hurt and upset, find their way to the surface in the form of anger. how can individuals express their frustrations before it gets to the anger stage?

You will learn some basic steps to recognize anger before it gets beyond your control and how to express strong feelings constructively while making yourself understood.
