Preventing good emails from going to the “Junk Email” folder

  • In Outlook, in the upper part of the window, select the “Home” tab.
  • Click on the down arrow next to the Junk email icon, and select “Junk E-mail Options…”
    • The “Junk E-mail Option’s window will open.
  • Select the “Safe Senders” tab, and click “Add…”.
    • In the small window that will open, type "*", and click “OK”.
  • Click “OK” to close the Junk E-mail Option’s window.

From this moment on, any email coming from, including emails containing voicemail attachments will not go to the Junk Email folder.

Please note: Any emails that are already in the “Junk Email” folder will have to be moved manually to your “Inbox” folder.

If you notice other emails being sent to the "Junk Email" folder incorrectly you can repeat the process above for other domains, or for individual emails such as
