News and Events for the week of October 25

Good Tuesday afternoon (I just about missed two days!),

Yesterday we began our late start classes. We had a bit of an increase in our enrollment and that is good. Our headcount is at 90% of 2020 and 88% of 2019. Our enrollment is at 90% of 2020 and 86% of 2021. You are all doing a really good job of staying connected with our students. We remain at the top of the large colleges in the District. L Mission College has surpassed us in enrollment percentage to 2020 and 2019. They are doing a really good job of reconnecting as well.

Winter 2022

The Winter Schedule is up on the website. View our Winter open classes.

Please share this with your students.

District Policies on Vaccinations and Testing

Please continue to check in daily with your Cleared4 account. Please also check your emails for updates on District policies on vaccinations and testing. At this time, all employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved religious or medical exception, and if you come to campus, you have a completed a baseline COVID test and be registered into the Cleared4 system.

On Thursday, November 4, we will begin our formal check-in process for all employees who come to campus. There will be two entrances that you will check in through each day – one between the Student Services Building and Holmes Hall. We will check in students beginning on November 4, they can pass through, but we will offer for them to go to the temporary Welcome Center in the Student Union Cafeteria area if they want to sign up for Cleared4. Effective Monday, November 22, if the student is not cleared through Cleared4, they will not be allowed to enter campus.

Everyone must continue to wear a mask indoors (unless you are alone in your office) regardless of vaccination status.
