New students must complete the enrollment process, including of admissions application, taking the English and/or Math placement test, developing an educational plan from an academic counselor, completion of financial aid application, payment of enrollment fees and obtaining other relevant student support services.
For students who wish to apply for the Montgomery GI Bill Active Duty (Chapter 30), the new Post 9/11 GI Bill (Chapter 33), Selected Reserve (Chapter 1606), Reserve Educational Assistance Program or REAP (CHAPTER 1607):
Step 1: Complete VA 22-1990 form on-line.
Step 2: Visit the Office of Veterans' Affairs in Clausen Hall 109 to initiate the application process.
Step 3: The Veterans Representative will certify the application with the VA Regional Office.
Step 4: The student must verify enrollment with the Federal Veterans Administration office in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the beginning of each month before a payment can be issued. The student may either call 1-877-823-2378 or go on-line to the VA web site.

For students who wish to apply for Veteran Vocational Rehabilitation (Chapter 31):
Step 1: Obtain an Authorization form VA 28-1905 from a VA Counselor.
Step 2: Visit the Office of Veterans' Affairs in Clausen Hall 109 to initiate the application process and submit the required documentations.
Step 3: The Veterans Representative will certify the application with the VA Regional Office.
