College Readiness Academy
The academic specialists in the College Readiness Academy developed this program to provide students the learning tools that lead to student success at Los Angeles City College. This web site offers a wide range of learning resources that enhance college survival skills, learning skills, and math and English skills.
The College Readiness Academy is part of the Student Success Collaborative – a multi-program initiative consisting of three components, the College Readiness Academy (CRA), the First Year Experience (FYE), and the Supplemental Instruction program (SI). This collaboration provides a continuum of services for non-credit students to transition to credit programs, a comprehensive support program for first year students, and supplemental tutorial and mentoring for participating students through the SI program.
