All assignments must use college level English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
All assignments are expected to be completed and turned in on or before their respective due dates.
Any assignment not turned in on or before due date WILL lose two (2) points for each week, or part of week, that it is overdue.
Students without signed agreements submitted by the deadline 8th week, WILL be excluded from the class.
GRADING SCALE
- 90-100% A (200-180 points)
- 80-89% B (179-159 points)
- 70-79% C (158-138 points)
- 60-69% D (137-117 points)
- 59% or less F (not passing (116 points or less)
CHANGE OF JOB OR SUPERVISOR, TERMINATION, DISABILITY OR ILLNESS LEAVE, OR LAYOFF: Notify Coop Ed Office, immediately.
REPORT any changes of ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBERS, to the Coop Ed Office immediately.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL CO-OP ED STUDENTS: The forms MUST be submitted to the Work Experience Education Office According to the following due dates:
- Application - 2nd week of semester
- Objectives Worksheet - 3rd week of semester
- Agreement Form (Contract) - 4th week of semester
- Resume & letter - 1 week following seminar
- Student Evaluation of Job Objectives - After seminar but before the end of the semester

PAID
- 1 unit 75 hours
- 2 units 150 hours
- 3 units 225 hours
- 4 units 300 hours
VOLUNTEER (UNPAID)
- 1 unit 60 hours
- 2 units 120 hours
- 3 units 180 hours
- 4 units 240 hours
It is necessary to complete the above forms and return them as indicated. Failure to do so may result in a lower grade or make it necessary for us to drop you from the Work Experience program.
