| The Career & Job Development Center of Los Angeles City College would like to extend an invitation to your company to participate in our next Career/Job Fair on the Los Angeles City College Quad Area. Marketing Opportunity for Your Organization The Career/Job Fair presents an outstanding marketing opportunity for your company, giving it high visibility to the community-at-large and to Los Angeles City College students. Our promotional and advertising campaign will include public service announcements along with printed posters and flyers distributed to approximately 14,000 students and 600 college personnel! Our diverse student body will be a wonderful group to whom to market your employment and internship opportunities. Location The LACC Annual Career/Job Fair will be located in the Quad Area in front of the Administration Building (AD Building). Please refer to the Map. What to Bring We suggest displaying your informational materials in standing plastic holders. Beverages and snacks will be available at no cost to you. You are more than welcome to bring signs, posters, and literature on your organization and give-aways for students. Outstanding Sponsorship Opportunities By registering for the Annual Career/Job Fair, your organization will have a unique marketing opportunity to showcase its products and/or services and career paths to our student body and to the community at-large. Limited Number of Exhibit Tables- Sign Up Early! In order to assure all participating organizations maximum exposure and visibility, we have limited the total number of exhibiting table spaces to 50. Please keep in mind that sending the registration form DOES guarantee your table reservation unless another branch belonging to your same company has registered before you. Registration Deadline The deadline for all registrations is Friday, October 3, 2008. All registrations received after October 3rd, or the day of the event, will be on a “stand-by” basis only in the order received. How to Register To register and reserve your table for Los Angeles City College’s Career/Job Fair, please complete and e-mail the attached registration form.
