There’s no need to wait until New Year’s to
make that resolution and take advantage of the most affordable college
education in the nation. Registration has already begun for Los Angeles
City College’s (LACC) winter session, which begins January 5th and the
spring semester, which starts February 9. Enroll on line at

“According to a study by the National Center for Public Policy and Higher
Education, California is the top-performing state in college
affordability, and our community colleges play a big role there,” LACC
President Jamillah Moore said.
“For students looking for training in Dental Technology, Nursing,
Radiology, Computers, or Television Production, LA City College is the
place,” she added. “We are also here for students who want to start their
bachelor’s degree at a place close to home and at a low cost.”
Located at the Vermont Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard Redline stop,
LACC has a wide variety of short-term, on-line, evening and weekend
classes. Students can start and finish certain winter courses in just
eight days.

15,000 full time students and provides pre-major courses to students
wishing to transfer to universities, as well as a variety of two-year
