Cub Card Information
The LACC Cub Card is available at the Student Assistance Center, AD 105

LACC CUB CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1.
The CUB CARD is the property of Los Angeles City College and entitles the student to access and service privileges as the student is actively enrolled. Certain access and privileges may be denied if fees are delinquent or otherwise not current.
 2.
The initial Cub Card is free. Subsequent replacements cards are subject to the existing replacement card policies and are subject to a fee.
 3.
The Cub Card will serve as an official identification card for access at numerous labs and the library as well as events and services on campus. Therefore, the card should be carried at all times while you are on campus and at campus-sponsored events.
 4.
The Cub Card shall not be transferred, altered or tampered with in any way. Strict penalties may apply for unauthorized actions.
 5. Recovered cards should be returned to the Cub Card Office, AD 105, immediately.
 6.
If your Cub Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, report it immediately to the Cub Card Office. A $10.00 fee will be assessed for replacement Cub Card.
 7. Students are advised not to give their card to anyone at anytime.
 8. The replacement fee is $10.00.
 9.
Cardholders must present photo identification and proof of current enrollment when requesting a replacement card. Cardholders requiring a name or social security change must surrender initial card and pay $10.00 fee.
10.
Cardholders will not be allowed to wear any article of clothing or eyewear that, in the judgment of the carding staff, will obscure his/her physical features. Any exceptions to the above will be made on a case by case basis.
11. Stored value will not be replaced.
