INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Why do we exist?

We are here to support student learning and student success by:

  • Collecting and using data systematically to make informed decisions that lead to continuous organizational improvement

  • Assisting with the production of plans that help every unit in the institution align its effort with the mission and long-term vision of the college

  • Providing organizational development services, including project management, strategic, organizational and program planning and assessment
  • Supporting and managing the accreditation process
