Network/Email Password

  • Your LACC network and email usernames are one and the same, therefore the password is the same.
  • When you change your network password, you are also changing your email password.
  • To change your network password, use the instructions below.
  • To reset your network password to your default password, call IT Help Desk at extension 2049.

 

    Changing Your Network/Email Password Using Your LACC Computer
    These instructions are for computers using Windows.
  1. Start and log into your computer as you would normally do.
  2. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL. The “Windows Security” window will open.
  3. Click "Change Password". The "Change Password" window will open.

  4. Type in your current password (old password) and new password in the appropriate fields, and then click "OK".
  5. Then, click Cancel to exit the “Window Security” window.

 

    Changing your Network/Email Password Using the LACC Web Site
  1. Log on to your email from the school Web site.
    (School Web site --> "Faculty & Staff: INSIDE LACC"--> "Campus Email".)
  2. Click on “Options" on the left bar. Options tab
  3. Scroll down to "Password" and click “Change Password". Enter your current password (Old password) and New password and click OK.
