LACCD Portal:
Personnel Change Request system (PCR),
Business Warehouse (BW) Reports, and
Employee Self-Service system (ESS)
Access to Personnel Change Request system (PCR), Business Warehouse (BW) Reports and the Employee Self-Service
system (ESS) is done through the LACCD portal using your LACCD Portal username and password. During Health
Benefits Annual Enrollment time, the Portal also allows you to change your Health Benefits.
Starting May 2006, eRPA has been replaced with PCR

The LACCD Portal is hosted and maintained at the District Office of LACCD.

The LACCD Portal is only compatible with Internet Explorer browser, version 6.5 and 7
It is not compatible with Firefox.
It is only partially compatible with Internet Explorer 6 and 8.

The LACCD Portal can only be seen from inside campus from an employee computer.
Before logging on to the LACCD Portal Web site make sure that your browser has been configured.

Logging into LACCD Portal

Log on to the LACCD Portal using your LACCD Portal username and password.
If this is your first time logging in, you will have to enter a new password. You will not be able to use a password that you have used before.

Selecting the Application
After logging on successfully, you can select the application. The PCR and BW Reports tabs will only show on the users that have access to them. The ESS tab will show for everybody.
Configuring your browser to be able to use the LACCD Portal
Getting one of the messages below or not being able to see the message windows are indications that you need to configure your browser to be able to use the LACCD Portal.
