 Starting January 9, 2017 the Business Office will be located in the New Student Services Bldg. second floor.



Unit’s Mission Statement:  The mission of the Business Office is to provide support and guidance relative to all financial needs and obligations of our students and to view our interactions with them as a part of their positive learning experience at LACC.

Unit’s Outcomes

The Business Office will work to ensure that:

  1. Our customers are served in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
  2. Employees in the Business Office receive continuing education and training to increase their skills and knowledge.
  3. College personnel receive assistance with all financial transactions involving the Basic and program 100 budget accounts.
  4. Our processes comply with the Los Angeles Community College District’s policies and procedures.

  We offer the following services to LACC students:

  • Collection of Fees relating to enrollment, health, tuition, ASG membership, student representation, parking, transcripts, and emergency loan payments.

  • Assistance with student account balances, registration receipts, refund requests, and holds on student accounts.
