Application Procedures
APPLICATION FILING PERIOD
1. Students are admitted to the program once per year in August.
2. Applications must be submitted between February 1 and March 31 (Note New Date) for admittance to the Program beginning in August of the same year.
3. All information necessary to complete the applicant's file must be received by March 31. It is the applicant's responsibility to make sure all necessary information is on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Late applications will not be accepted.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Application to the Program DOES NOT include enrollment to Los Angeles City College. A separate application for admission to the College must be processed through the Admissions Office.
2. Applications for admission into the radiologic technology program may be picked up in person or requested in writing (between February 1 through March 31) from:

3. Submit Program application and official college transcipts directly to the Radiologic Technology Department.
4. Pre-requisite courses "In Progress" during the Spring semester application will allow processing of the program application. These students must submit verification of enrollment from the Admissions Office as part of their application packet.
5. An "In Progress Report Form" signed by the respective instructors must be submitted to the Program Director.
6. An "In Progress Report Form" can be obtained from the Program Director's office in the Radiologic Technology Building. 7. Applications are valid only for the current year's August admission. Students not admitted or with incomplete application packets must reapply. A new application must be submitted including another set of official transcripts. Files of students who are not selected are destroyed.
