HEALTH 002 - HEALTH AND FITNESS (UC:CSU) - 3.00 UNITS
Course explores physical fitness as related to cardiovascular capacity, nutrition, stress, and addictive substances.
The course involves laboratory assessment of each student's fitness status, lecture and selected fitness activities,
based on these experiences students develop individualized fitness programs.
