DIPPED & MOLDED CHOCOLATES
Chocolates shaped like stars and seashells, witches and wizards, Santa Claus and snowflakes, bears and bunnies, baby carriages and wedding cakes are great for parties and gifts – and easy to make! Delicious chocolate dipped strawberries and pretzels, are fast and fun treats. Learn to make these for the holidays and all your special occasions in this hands-on workshop. We will also discuss where to purchase supplies and tips on packaging and transporting your chocolates. Material fee of $15 payable in class includes two molds to take home, sample chocolates, and instruction booklet. Class is suitable for adults and teens; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult helper. Students must be on time in order to get all chocolate techniques; there will be no class make-up. Limited to 15 students.

CAKE DECORATING
A basic step by step instruction to fundamental cake decorating. This course is designed exclusively for the first time decorator. Course outline covers the basic skills of color mixing, borders, tool description, basic rose, simple floral arrangement and figure piping. A good course for the career oriented or hobbyist. Students must attend all 4 meetings to get all cake decorating techniques described above - there will be no class make-up. Material fee of $30 payable in class.
