Ttems to bring to class:
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon with pointed “nose”
- 10-12 cloves
- 1 bunch of fresh green onions or scallions
- 1 or 2 small or medium size conical yellow or red peppers
- 1 box of toothpicks
- 1 box Chinese skewer
- 2-3 red radishes with their stems and roots intact
- 1 big potato
- 2-3 carrots
- 1 jicama
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 2-4 plastic plates
- 1 paring knife
- 1 tomato
- 1 medium size onion
