Ttems to bring to class:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon with pointed “nose”
  • 10-12 cloves
  • 1 bunch of fresh green onions or scallions
  • 1 or 2 small or medium size conical yellow or red peppers
  • 1 box of toothpicks
  • 1 box Chinese skewer
  • 2-3 red radishes with their stems and roots intact
  • 1 big potato
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 jicama
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 2-4 plastic plates
  • 1 paring knife
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium size onion
