RN 151: 8 units Role Development in Pediatric Nursing Prerequisite: Nursing 150 with a C grade or better. This course emphasizes role development. Under preceptor guidance the nurse moves from Novice toward increased clinical competency in the Pediatric Nurse Residency Program.
