Email Migration to Office 365

On April 8, 2019, Los Angeles City College, along with the rest of LACCD, will be migrating all employee email accounts to the Cloud in Office 365.

  • You will keep your current email address, and are asked to utilize the Office 365 web application at: https://mymail.laccd.edu  to access email, until the IT department is able to update your desktop Outlook profile. Please be patient while campus IT makes the rounds to get to everyone.
  • Please make sure to follow the login instructions provided on the page, and login at least once prior to the move on April 8. You will use your Single Sign-On credentials which match those you are currently using to access PeopleSoft SIS.

There are a number of benefits that you may expect with the new email upgrade.

  • You will have 1 unified inbox, which means all your existing email addresses will have mail delivered into a single location seamlessly.
  • You will have 50 gigabytes of archive space, as well as an increased attachment and primary inbox limit.
  • You will also have access to 1000 gigabytes of cloud storage on OneDrive with the ability to share and collaborate on files with other colleagues.
