All Classes Temporarily Suspended

Originally Published: 3/15/2020

Instruction will resume on Monday March 30.

Dear Students,

All classes will be suspended from instruction starting this Monday, March 16 through Saturday, March 21.  Spring break will move to March 23 – March 29.  The district and college will remain open; however, no instruction will take place during these two weeks and the majority of in-person student support services will not be available. The college will use this time to convert as many courses and student services possible to remote delivery.  Also, during this time, we will thoroughly sanitize our facilities. Instruction will resume on Monday March 30.

Our Student Health Center and Child Development Center will remain open next week in order to allow parents time to make alternative childcare arrangements, but will be closed during spring break.  Police services will be available continuously. Our Pop-up Food Pantry will remain open on Monday and Thursday.  And, we will still be providing free flu shots this coming week Monday through Thursday.

We apologize for this disruption, but your health and safety is our primary concern at this time of national emergency. Please be sure to check your student email daily for updates as well as the LACC website.

Should you have questions or concerns, please contact the college at: (888) 930-5222 or
